Hnnngh.  Not RC... but... it makes my USB keychain work right again...

FWIW, this version seems to have used an older edit of my NMU patch, shown
by this diff:

Can this last product string get re-added in -8 (since I don't imagine it's
tracked anywhere else)?

Could you please summarize why this fix is appropriate/required?  It's
not obvious to me why hal should be used to manage filesystems on
non-hotpluggable devices.

AIUI that's a regression against -6 since the docbook docs were not
previously being built.  Yes, please fix this.
