nut package update for Etch

[please cc me on reply]

Fellows,

I just add some more users feedback, confirming that nut-usb in Etch
(2.0.4-3) doesn't work for theim (APC, MGE, Powerware, ...) but
nut-usb (2.0.5-3) in unstable does work.

I've used some unstable uploads to ask for users tests, and also test
the builds since it contains a significant change (upstream release).

The unstable release also:
- closes a bunch of bugs (all usb related) #406045, #380304, #399741,
#407882, #409080
- adds with some packages improvements (such as lsb compliance),
- adds some upstream improvements / bug fixes
(http://eu1.networkupstools.org/source/2.0/new-2.0.5.txt)

The only problem I would see is the libgd2-xpm depend:
# nut-cgi/alpha unsatisfiable Depends: libgd2-xpm (>= 2.0.34)
# nut-cgi/mips unsatisfiable Depends: libgd2-xpm (>= 2.0.34)

Can I upload to "testing-proposed-updates"?

thanks for your hard work and help,
Arnaud
