please allow mldonkey t-p-u

Hi,

Could you please allow the t-p-u of mldonkey (2.8.1-2etch1)? It only
fixes an important bug which lead to uploading twice the data to eMule
servers, see bug #406247. Upstream and I have successfully tested that
the patched package behaves correctly.
