permission to upload new upstream release of clucene

Hi,

I would like to upload version 0.9.16a of clucene in sid. It's a bug fix 
release with minor changes since 0.9.16 currently in sid. It has just 2 
reverse-dependencies : strigi-daemon and gnomesword.

I use strigi and clucene 0.9.16a on my system and no problem to report.
