Re: horae_063-2 closes RC bug #404006

What I forgot to tell you is that I clearly made a mistake in packaging 
version 063 since I forgot to remove the contente of the 0CPAN directory 
from the original tarball.  I will make a new horae_063.1.orig.tar.gz to 
fix this so that original tarball size is smaller.
