[upload request] fixes to package sisu-0.48.8-2 (bugfixes #403037, #403042 and advice taken from bugreport #402807)

Dear Release Team, good people, please get this fix into Etch:
http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/s/sisu/sisu_0.48.8-2.dsc

This is the changelog, commented to explain why this upload is requested
followed by the debdiff, (and information on some related output test
results):

sisu (0.48.8-2) unstable; urgency=medium

 * LaTeX, bugfix - restores missing left column object/paragraph numbers
(missing curly (close) brace) [important, though marked as normal]
[bug introduced somewhere between 0.47 and 0.48] (closes: #403037)

Primary reason upload request. Fix of problematic omission of a curly
brace in LaTeX output. Bug results in one class of documents landscape
pdf output do not behave as documented. (it was unfortunately discovered
late, after a rather different bug report related to latex was made
after the freeze (that was 402807 part of which has been fixed).)

 * LaTeX use mathptmx.sty instead of "obsolete" times.sty (as suggested by
   Frank Küster in #402807)

Useful to fix as well if a new build and an upload is to be made, also
related to LaTeX output. (suggestion came in a bug report that arrived
after the freeze)

 * cgi-sample form, an arbitrary limit set for sql query results
(1000 better than none) Closes: #403042)

Again useful to have done, is not very important as they are sample
search forms, but the lack of a limit could cause problems with large a
large database.

 * defaults, update sisu default homepage to current, (mainly urls)
   [documentation]

Not especially important, makes homepage current. Not risky either.

 * css, addition to correspond with change to homepage

Corresponds to a change in homepage.

 * debian control, adds mention of editors other than vim for which there is
some kind of syntax support, kate, kwrite, gedit, diakonos [documentation]

Minor.

 * [note] alternative install script (ruby) is automatically updated during
this build (using rant-0.5.8 instead of rant-0.5.6)

 * [note] version.yaml date changes, automatically updated during build

P.S. If it helps much I do not mind rebuilding and requesting an upload
again with just the first 3 fixes
