Hmm, not quite; the current dbmail binaries were all built and uploaded in
2004. :)
Anyway, the package has one open FTBFS bug about not being buildable with
gcc-4.*0*, along with two security bugs and a separate policy violation
(#256236). So binNMUs don't seem to be of much value here.
