I understand the above to mean that the intent is to add Roberto to the
Uploaders field withoun Matt's explicit consent. I consider that very
inappropriate (as a developer, not as a release manager); the Uploader field
is for developers who have mutually agreed to comaintain a package.
If Matt is unresponsive to requests for updates, please get this package
orphaned through QA and help Roberto to adopt it. Otherwise, it's
inappropriate to NMU a new upstream version of a package in a way that may
jeopardize its inclusion in the release.
