Please allow ltsp to propagate into etch

A new LTSP package was uploaded yesterday to fix a serious bug in the
udeb.  Before that, the previous upload had stayed 11 days in unstable
without any new problems reported.  The new package fixed the RC bugs
and some minor other issues, and was given priority high because of
the RC fix.  The ltsp package is frozen because it include an udeb,
but this udeb is not used by the default d-i installation.  It is used
by some of the custom Debian distros, thought.

Please allow the new ltsp package to propagate into Etch.
