peacock in testing.

Hi team,

peacock is missing on arm[0] and sparc ("but sparc isn't keeping up,
so nevermind"), but 1.9.1-7 got rid of the latest gtkhtml3.6
dependency we had. In other words, we can remove gtkhtml3.6 from sid
(yes will open the bug), but we should be sure that peacock 1.9.1-7
will go into testing, right?
