getting libmodplug & company in



I think libmodplug can go in ahead of KDE/JACK/flac/etc.
The other things broken by libmodplug (other than the ones in the hint)
are actually just broken by libmodplug without new xine-lib.

# RC security bug, but it's in the old version too
force xine-lib/1.0.1-1.3
easy xine-lib/1.0.1-1.3 libmodplug/1:0.7-5 pymodplug/1.1-2 modplugxmms/2.05-9

Given the security bug, a security NMU for xine-lib would probably be a better
idea, actually.  (Then you don't need the force, just update the version in
the hint.)
