Sorry, an added build-dep is the kind of change that we can't reasonably
assess the impact of just by looking at the diff, and new features often
bring with them new bugs.  Please limit your changes to those fixing RC or
important bugs, if you want this update to get into sarge.

The upload for the important bugs must also go through unstable, not
testing-proposed-updates, because of the lack of testing that t-p-u
receives.
