There are 106,000 lines of "bugfixes" in 0.9.0.16, relative to the 0.8.16-1
version that's in sarge; and it seems not a single version of sbcl since
November has been allowed to age long enough to reach testing. I'm sorry,
but now is not the time to push six months of changes on the users of tesing
all at once.

This one looks reasonable -- approved.
