cppunit holding up afew packages...

Hi,

I am Ramakrishnan Muthukrishnan, maintainer of the gnuradio-core and
associated packages. gnuradio-core depends on cppunit. One of the bugs in
cppunit (Bug #297026) caused a wrongly linked gnuradio core to be held up in
unstable and prevented it from moving into testing. Because of it, testing
still has libcppunit-1.10.0 instead of the fixed libcppunit-1.10.2. Now, the
packages which depend on libcppunit have all been recompiled and linked
against the new ones and the packages (listed below) are all in unstable. It
will be great to have the new cppunit and hence the gnuradio packages into
testing, as it is already in a stale state and has undergone some good
amount of testing.
