I have requested removal. I apologize for taking so long to request
removal -- I was trying to do what I thought was best for the packages
(smooth rename transition), but I know it's long past time for me to
stop putting this ahead of other considerations. (This would have
been over months ago had it not been for several old problems that are
now solved and not worth dredging up.) As soon as nip2 transitions
(i.e., gets built on arm), vips7.10 should be disappear from sarge on
its own. I assume this will happen in time for the release without
any manual intervention now that the arm buildd situation is so much
improved. Worst case, removing nip2 from arm should let vips7.10
disappear from sarge and nip2 transition for everything else, but
let's hope it won't come to that. Let's hope this is the last message
on this topic. Thanks for your patience.
