this new upload of boost is only a bug fix of the old one, which was
not going to sarge only because of qt-x11-free is still not ready
sarge. boost 1.31.0-6 was waiting since >45 days ago.

i do not expect much breakage on sarge due to the new boost, there are
only two packages depending on it.
