  I don't know what kind of messages one gets from katie after a t-p-u
  upload, but sure I didn't expect a "kdebindings_3.2.3-2_i386.changes

  it marks libqtc1 and libkdec1 as NEW, which is true if one compares to
  unstable but not if the comparison is made against testing.
