The current RC-bug that you just set to pending now - but I guess that
was just 10 hours too late. I uncommented the hint now, but AFAICS, it
will still be executed tonight. However, licq will re-enter testing once
the RC-bug is solved with your next upload. (And, would I have know that
you'll set it to pending today, I wouldn't have hinted it.)

Because licq can't be removed as long as licq-plugin-osd is in testing.
This package will go automatically in again as soon as licq goes in.
