We probably want to have the fix for #240180. If the buildds can handle
that (as I believe they can), we could live without that, but I'd rather
not if I can avoid it.

m68k-build, can somebody look at this, please? Quite a lot of stuff
depends on fftw3 so it's difficult to just remove.
