The version of php4-imagick in testing/unstable depends on
libmagick5.5.7.

vorlon@newraff:~$ madison libmagick5.5.7
libmagick5.5.7 | 5:5.5.7.9-1.1 | testing | alpha, arm, hppa, i386, ia64, m68k, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
vorlon@newraff:~$

This package is therefore installable in sarge, and there is no RC
motive for removing it at this time.

Bruno, do you still want this package removed from sarge? If you're
still waiting for a new upstream version of php4-imagick, there's a good
chance that it won't get back in before sarge release.
