More packages that seem stuck

    Thank you all for your explanations of the stuck packages,
and assistance in getting them hinted where appropriate.

    I've found a couple more sets that may benefit from a hint, as
follows:

gswitchit/2.5.0-3 and libxklavier/1.02-2
pciutils/1:2.1.11-11 and kudzu/1.1.36-3

    I've also found a couple for which I don't understand the
blockage:

webmin-contrib/1.140-1
usermin-contrib/1.070-1
