Removal hint has been added for the package guile-oops. Bug CCed. Bug #207492 appears to be spurious: a later NMU of the package has been successfully built on hppa, and there is a comment on the bug indicating that someone else tried and failed to reproduce it. Will look at the remaining bugs later.
