Hints, round n of m

First of all, thanks to Colin Watson, Steve Langasek, and the other
hard-working people who have implemented my suggestions for all their good
work.  :-)

==> remove mindi/0.86-2
Contains sourceless binaries for GPL'ed programs in the source package --
hence, not DFSG-free and likely undistributable in its current form.

Apparently the maintainer and someone else are "working on it", so Martin
apparently has decided not to file ftp.debian.org bugs yet. However, the
current version really, really, should *not* be released.

It's mostly intended for use with mondo anyway, which isn't in testing
and won't be until it's repackaged (for similar reasons plus others).

==> urgent libjackasyn
Um, yeah, I know there isn't such a hint yet, but if there was, this
would be a good idea. Otherwise we have to wait another 10 days when
all that changed was a Build-Depends.
