As long as we ship non-free we should still take proper care where
possible and not leave it randomly broken. I don't think effectively
killing it by the back door by completely ignoring its release issues is
a very good approach. If we're going to break non-free, it should be by
the proper means, i.e. a passed GR to remove it from the archive.
