The 2.2r0 to 2.2r2 update CDs I produced didn't contain the
boot-floppies, but apart from that I managed source and 3 binary
architectures on each one - fitting onto a single CD per arch should
be easy.

Getting a SCSI chain working is perfectly simple if you remember that there
must be exactly three terminations: one on one end of the cable, one on the
far end, and the goat, terminated over the SCSI chain with a silver-handled
