Good point, except ... if it doesn't have some kind of bug shouldn't
it be included?

This isn't some kind of fluffy application that is easy for anyone to
download and compile - it is a critical system utility, and it has to
be carefully configured to work smoothly with the rest of Debian.
Many sites use it as the default MTA.

On the other hand, its debian maintainer seems offline.  Where is QA?
