Re: R held back by autopkgtest fail in SparseArray
Following up on this thread, with the new Rdpack now in (thanks, Michael) the
R package 'r-base' is now held back by SparseArray aka r-bioc-sparsearray:
https://qa.debian.org/excuses.php?package=r-base
where we see
- on amd64 2 fails, 26998 (!!) passes
- on arm64 2 fails, 26998 (!!) passes
- on ppc64el 2 fails, 26998 (!!) passes
The fails look like they could be unrelated / due to a change in testthat or
alike. It would be nice if one of you group maintainers could maybe get in
contact with upstream (I have not checked at BioConductor) but also 'park'
these two tests (at least temporarily) so that R can proceed to testing.
Thanks, Dirk
