Just droping a note about debci issue of r-cran-estimatr

Hi,

I just noted that r-cran-estimatr fails its tests on on armel, armhf,
ppc64el and s390x which I reported upstream[1].  This causes debci
issues for r-cran-performance in testing (since r-cran-estimatr does not
migrate).  I simply drop this note here to remind me later. ;-)
