Please use consistent version spelling for minpack.lm in Luminescence

Hi Sebastian,

I had to use a patch[1] in the Debian packaged version of Luminescence
to adjust the version restriction of minpack.lm.  I'm aware that in R
the characters '-' and '.' are sorting equally.  However, this is not
the case somewhere else and automatic processing runs into a failure
when used as a Debian package version string.  It would help if you
would simply stick to the same spelling of the version the minpack.lm
maintainer had decided to use to fix this.
