Any hint for uncompressed JavaScript shipped with mathjaxr

Hi Wolfgang,

I intend to package mathjaxr for Debian since this is a requirement of
version 1.4 of metap (currently Debian has version 1.3 of metap). In
Debian compressed JavaScript is considered as "binary without source"
which violates the Debian Free Software Guidelines where shipping
editable source is a requirement.

The JavaScript files in

    inst/doc/mathjax/es5

seem to be all compressed and I wonder whether you can provide some
hints where to find the uncompressed source for these.

Kind regards

        Andreas.
