r-bioc-pwmenrich : Depends: r-api-bioc-master but it is not installable

Hi,

when trying to do the R 4.0 transition of r-bioc-pwmenrich the
autopkgtest fails with:

 r-bioc-pwmenrich : Depends: r-api-bioc-master but it is not installable

Any clue?
