Please find below a ben file for the r-api-bioc transition. This
"part" of the r-base transition doesn't need only a rebuild of
packages but also an upgrade with new upstream versions.

Ben file:

title = "r-api-bioc-3.11";
is_affected = .depends ~ /r-api-bioc/;
is_good = .depends ~ "r-api-bioc-3.11";
is_bad = .depends ~ "r-api-bioc-3.10";
