Re: BioConductor update

Hi Graham,

This is unexpected,  I will upload in few hours a new dh-r which fix this problem.

Otherwise, the transition to bioc 3.8 is done. There are still 2 or 3 packages which did not yet reach testing.

Hi All

What is the current status of the transition to bioconductor 3.8?

In Ubuntu I noticed some packages starting to FTBFS.
I was able to to reproduce the failures in Debian unstable [1][2][3][4][5].

Is this expected, or should I be filing bug reports?
