BioConductor update
Hi,
yesterday BioConductor 3.8 was released. Usually this need upgrades of
packages in a certain sequence. To know what package needs to be
upgraded in what sequence I've created a dependency tree[1] (you can use
the Makefile in this repository to generate a PNG). Since I'll be busy
with real life for three weeks starting tomorrow afternoon I will not
touch this transition before end of November - but for sure every team
member is perfectly welcome to fire up routine-update[2] in the
described sequence. If some volunteer wants to tackle this (which I'd
really welcome!) and there might be a change in the dependency tree
please also record this in the ditaa document.
