All of these packages are part of the same source package. See:

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/libksysguard

under "binaries" bottom left.

Wait for package builds to be complete and uploaded to your mirror.

Feel free to reopen should the issue persists for more than 1-2 days.

For issues with inconsistent version numbers between the binary packages 
build from the same source package, please wait a few days before
