Dear Maintainer,

when doing an apt full-upgrade to unstable some libksysguard packages are
not upgradeable:

root# RELEASE="unstable" ; LC_ALL=C apt full-upgrade -V -t $RELEASE

Not upgrading:
   libksysguardformatter2 (4:6.2.3-1 => 4:6.2.3-2)
   libksysguardsensorfaces2 (4:6.2.3-1 => 4:6.2.3-2)
   libksysguardsensors2 (4:6.2.3-1 => 4:6.2.3-2)
   libksysguardsystemstats2 (4:6.2.3-1 => 4:6.2.3-2)
   libprocesscore10 (4:6.2.3-1 => 4:6.2.3-2)

This is due to libksysguard-data is not available:

root# LC_ALL=C apt policy libksysguard-data
libksysguard-data:
  Installed: 4:6.2.3-1
  Candidate: 4:6.2.3-1
