~/.xsession-errors contains the stdout/stderr of all the applications
running within the session, not just KDE applications. A mere warning
like this is hard to track.

Sorry, but there is not much actionable for this bug, hence I'm closing
it. In case it can still be reproduced, please report it to the actual
application/library that trigger this warning (if not fontconfig
itself).
