Bug#914079: Obsolete conffile /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.kde.kcontrol.kcmkwallet.conf not removed/renamed on upgrades

The file /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.kde.kcontrol.kcmkwallet.conf
is no longer shipped by the kwalletmanager package and now marked as an
obsolete conffile
Apparently the file was renamed to
/etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.kde.kcontrol.kcmkwallet5.conf
You should either rename the conffile as part of the upgrade process or
remove the old conffile.
Please see man dh_installdeb / dpkg-maintscript-helper on how to
properly rename/remove a conffile.
