Bug#914077: Obsolete conffile /etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.kde.kcontrol.k3bsetup.conf not properly removed on upgrades

/etc/dbus-1/system.d/org.kde.kcontrol.k3bsetup.conf is no longer shipped
by k3b-data and now marked as an obsolete conffile.
It should be removed on upgrades.
The simplest way to to that is via a .maintscript file.
