Bug#885618: kde-l10n-de lacks German translation for kmail2

Hmm, so this is a feature not a bug? IMHO this feature makes things not better 
but worse. So what is the alternative? Translate for myself or are there 
alternative packages?

Please apologize, but when a new package is missing an essentiell function 
(and localisation and translation is indeed an essentiell function), then IMHO 
it is a bug, if there is no alternative like another package available.

I think, this should be discussed.
