Bug#885618: kde-l10n-de lacks German translation for kmail2

Hi Pino,

please note, that this bug is in version 17.08.3, too. I installed it and got 
the same problem as described. Maybe you might want to recheck this, before it 
goes into testing. Maybe this bugreport should be reopened?
