Dear Maintainer,

I noticed, that the latest version of kde-l10n-de lacks the German translation of kmail2 (maybe others,too). 

This is in version kde-l10n-de_16.04.3-9, whilst the former version kde-l10n-de_16.04.3-8 is running fine.

Maybe you might want to correct this little thing.

This was done on purpose, because (hopefully soon) the KDEPIM 17.08.3
stack, where each package carries its own translations, will migrate to
testing.

This is just a temporary issue, and not something we need to fix.
