Bug#835053: kxmlgui: please make the build reproducible

Hi,

I was working with David Faure on this one, seem like there was more wrong? Maybe it was fixed. Anyway, He is very responsive and helpul with reproducible builds. Just open a bug report.

Possibly, although this is still something that needs to be tackled
upstream.  Hacking it locally in Debian is not a long-term solution
we can afford to support.
