Bug#746730: ark has broken service menu

Dear Maintainer,

ark_servicemenu.desktop has a missing ; between application/zip and application/x-deb mime types breaking
right click extraction options for those two types. I'm not sure if it's related or if the mistake is located
else where but it also doesn't seem to register itself at all for those file types thus left clicking a zip or 
deb file just brings up an open with dialog.
