Hi,

First you have to enable « command line » in krunner  : alt+F2, then clic on button settings, and check command line.

Now when you type dolphin, you will have an entry « run dolphin » (not the same as the entry Dolphin/FileManager), with a settings button on the right. When clicking on the button you should be able to launch applications as another user, root for example.
