Switch qmake-qt3 and qmake-qt4 priorities?

In reference to bug 571640:

Since qt3 is on it's way out of the archives, would it make sense to
just switch the priorities of the two qmakes in sid until it is
removed? Give qmake-qt4 priority 45 and qmake-qt3 priority 40?
