Bug#571047: kmix: keyboard shortcuts don't register numpad correctly

(I should point out I'm using fluxbox, not KDE, in case it matters.)
The keyboard shortcuts dialog does not register numpad keys correctly;
for example, trying to register KP_ADD will result in "+" instead.
