ibus is good, but still has some issues.
I think we should focus on skim and scim-qtimm only.

"deprecate scim" is another topic and should be discussed with much more
people that are not CCed now.

I think it is better to orphan skim and scim-qtimm first,
before removing them completely.

skim depends on KDE3.
Since KDE3 will not be supported by upstream and Debian KDE team,
remove skim is much more reasonable.

scim-qtimm does not depend on KDE3.
There are still some Qt3 based applications that can use scim-qtimm.
