Bug#524503: [kalarm] D-Bus sayMessage call failed

KAlarm is unable to pronounce the messages: an error box "D-Bus
sayMessage call failed" appears.

AFAICS, the org.kde.KSpeech D-Bus interface doesn't provide such a
method, but only the say, sayFile and sayClipboard methods.
