Bug#523521: ark: Drap & drop to desktop folderview does not work

Ok sorry about that. I though Debian packagers of the KDE parts had some sort
of ways to forward bugs to kde.bugs.org easily.
Anyway, I'll file the bugs on KDE bugtracker and give additionnal information 
(bug id).
